Here are my newest testing results for an ad sent a few days ago. You'll notice that some of the big and famous Safelists send no hits. Only few safelists deserve your attention, and some of them are just - NOT BAD. Anyway, I'll test them again and give you new results in 15 days (or something).
NOTE: A hit is just a click from someone interested only in earning credits. Visitor is someone who stay on site more then a minute, read content, click on other links, perhaps signup or buy...

What do you use then for?
There are way better Traffic Exchanges then any of those-those are great if all you care about is hits.
If you want RESULTS then you need to use very different approach-no one at those ever stop and act=you need progressive TE's were owner care about your marketing- not their own
